DownLoadAssistant (DLA) is not a standalone option. Rather, the DLA service complements your BJU Press Distance Learning satellite subscription. It complements in two ways.

First, DLA is a safety net for satellite subscribers who for one reason or another miss a broadcast or, perhaps, will be traveling and miss a series of broadcasts. No problem. DLA is peace of mind. We will capture your content, make DVDs, and send them to you. Even if you only realize after the fact that you had a recording problem, DLA can still cover for you up to two weeks after the original satellite feed.

Second, some BJU Press Distance Learning satellite subscribers find the DLA option is so easy, that they just ask us to record the broadcasts for an entire class. DLA is convenience. We are always pleased to help registered subscribers with their recording chores.

DLA is an option. But are we an extravagance? Well, we'd prefer the word convenience. Here's why.
